Often times we practice/preach being kind to others. But what about being kind to ourselves? We need our kindness more. When we are kind to ourselves, kindness comes naturally for others. Not a day goes by where we talk negatively to ourselves, doubting ourselves, getting mad at ourselves ... for so many reasons. We need to be kind to ourselves. Be kind to yourself.

All artwork comes with hardware installed, ready to hang. Sides are painted so framing is optional. Frames shown in the pictures are not available to purchase.
